Ritesh's Online Math Tutoring

Mr. Singh started working with my 13 year-old-daughter, Maisie, about one year ago. Maisie was entering 8th grade at the time, and was recently diagnosed with dyscalculia, ADHD, and slow processing disorder. Until that point, Maisie was working at least two grade levels below in math proficiency. Math was always very anxiety-inducing for her, and we employed other tutors in the past that didn't seem to help Maisie make progress.

Since the public schools were not sufficiently addressing Maisie's learning and social challenges, we moved her to a more specialized private school when she started 8th grade. Maisie required a math tutor that understood how to teach someone with her learning differences. Through Maisie's daily sessions with Ritesh, she slowly became more comfortable doing math and more confident in her skills. She started retaining information more accurately and was less nervous about tests. Before Ritesh, Maisie almost never passed a math test; since she started working with him as her tutor, she has more consistently received higher scores in the 70-98 range. This is nothing short of a miracle.

Ritesh is good-humored, patient, and encouraging. He is flexible with his time, and excellent about communicating with Maisie's parents and teachers to make sure everyone is on the same page. I highly recommend him for any tutoring position without reservation
